Continuously expanding and investing
Camco is continuously expanding and investing in new and technically advanced equipment for all service segments. Please send an e-mail to support@camco-ofs.com, if you require services not listed on this site.
Artificial liftAs one of the first companies in the Middle East to install ESPs, Camco’s services cover supply and installation of all downhole and surface equipment required to operate ESPs and continuous monitoring systems.
Covering the entire life cycle of an ESP from design to procurement, installation, maintenance, pull, repair and exchange, Camco also operates state-of-the-art assembly, repair and test centers. These centers are designed to optimize the total cost of ownership and maximize the value to our clients.
To ensure production optimization we have a client center which integrates surface monitoring and control systems (SCADA).
Camco offers different commercial models that vary from standard product sales to lease contracts including performance based contracts, giving our clients the flexibility to choose a tailored solution that covers all their needs. Camco also offers sucker rod pumps (SRP) to cover different artificial lift applications and needs.
Camco provides cased hole DST services for standard size well bores using a 5 inch DST string with full multi-cycle operating capabilities.
The Camco DST system enables customers to conduct production and injection operations, gravel packing, fracturing, acidizing and stimulation jobs. The Camco DST can be run in conjunction with TCP and ESP.
Our cased hole logging service is delivered from heavy-duty 6×6 trucks that can access off road areas. Camco logging trucks are designed to operate in extremes of temperature and are ideally suited to campaigns in desert environments.
We provide an extensive range of logging systems for standard wells operations, including: the Radial Bond Tool, advanced telemetry systems, a range of flowmeters, water hold up and fluid density tools, gamma ray tools, production dual calipers, combined pressure-CCL tools and correlation gamma ray/CCL.
In addition to these systems, Camco also provides basic, open hole logging for development and delineation wells. Our Integra Logging System (ILS) is a powerful data acquisition and field processing logging unit that offers real-time operations in open hole settings. It can be configured as a dual system to provide two complete recording and processing systems. This is ideal for multi-tasking purposes or in situations that require maximum reliability and system redundancy.
Our gauges are rugged and reliable, shock resistant, easy to operate and have low maintenance requirements.
The smart software systems that our gauges operate provide superior data quality, while large memory capacities and long battery life enable the storage of large data volumes.
Applications include enhancing oil recovery (through production and exploration well testing, permanent monitoring, choke performance and gas lift and ESP optimisation), production analysis (including prediction of gas breakthrough and water coning) and allocation metering. The system, which is small and suitable for installation in remote or unmanned locations, copes with high production rates, high-pressure high temperature wells and H2S service.
Through-tubing systems range from: 1-11/16 to 2-7/8-in (maximum 6 spf) and casing guns range from: 3-3/8-in to 7-in (maximum 12 spf). Other sizes and systems can be offered on request.
Camco provides underbalance and overbalance casing perforation using Super Deep Penetration HMX charges. These industry-leading charges are designed to deliver deep penetration in hard rock layers and increase productivity by shooting past formation damage to intersect more of the reservoir’s natural fracture network.
Reservoir fluid sampling is a vital tool for production engineers, enabling them to characterise fluids under downhole conditions. Camco uses state-of-the art Leutert equipment to provide PVT-quality bottomhole sampling services and surface sampling services. These rugged, stainless steel systems operate on the positive displacement principle and offer pressure compensation, mercury-free sampling and minimal dead volume.
Our sampling systems are suitable for operations in deep, high-pressure high temperature (up to 15,000psi and 350 ℉) wells and sour environments (including hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide). They are also suitable for operations involving heavy oil wax and asphaltene wells and can be applied in both onshore and offshore environments.
Camco systems, including slickline units, pressure control equipment and independent crane trucks for rigless interventions, are designed to deliver heavy-duty service in desert environments. We also provide a range of offshore equipment, including an offshore zone-2 containerized slickline unit and offshore skidded mast.
Our slickline tools are available in multiple sizes to meet the specific needs of customer operations.
We have offered ESP well testing services since 1996. Our services cover supply and installation of all downhole and surface equipment required to operate ESPs and continuous monitoring systems in drilling and workover situations. Downhole monitoring and control are achieved using the Phoenix sensor, an integrated solution for monitoring ESP performance. Attached to the bottom of the ESP string, the sensor transmits signals to surface to provide a real time picture of downhole events.
Our well tests provide valuable information that helps determine the economic productivity of newly drilled wells, to establish whether a well is producing to its maximum potential or to evaluate the results of a workover.
